How we work

A sprint with objectives, scope, and an exit.

Four phases, one team, named accountability throughout. Each sprint is tied to a multiplication lever and a number, not to a billable hour. You see the plan and the price before you commit.

[01]
The four phases

Diagnose, propose, execute, stay. Each tied to a lever.

[01]
Days 1 to 5

Diagnose

We map the actual business, not the org chart. We name what is broken, what is latent, and which lever (revenue, reach, margin, speed, capability) actually moves the number you care about.

[02]
Week 2

Propose

One document. The sprint, the scope, the named deliverables, the approval gates, the fee and the exit. You see exactly what you are buying, and which lever it multiplies, before you commit.

[03]
The sprint

Execute

Senior operators, AI-accelerated, shipping the work. Fixed scope, defined completion criteria, named accountability. Nothing handed down to a junior layer.

[04]
After

Stay

A standing cadence after handover. Multiplication decays the moment the builders leave. So we do not leave. We hold the gains and compound them.

Charter and terms

The terms we put on every mandate.
